Premetto che è una casa per sole donne, lavoratrici… In zona Parella-Francia, in un ampio e luminoso appartamento angolare in stabile signorile (terzo piano con ascensore) composto da ingresso, salone, cucina abitabile, doppi servizi e tre camere da letto è disponibile una bella stanza singola con pavimento in parquet completamente arredata, con letto matrimoniale e armadiata a parete, scrivania, comodino. Ampia finestra a tre ante su edificio scolastico di due piani. E' la stanza "2" della piantina allegata. Nell'affitto di 420 euro/mese sono comprese tutte le spese (spese di condominio, acqua e tassa rifiuti, ma anche il riscaldamento!) ma non i consumi di luce, gas e wi-fi che in media non superano i 120 euro/mese complessivi (40 € a testa).
