La cucina è abitabile con grande tavolo ribaltabile, frigo- congelatore, forno, cappa ed è attrezzata di pentole, piatti, bicchieri, posate. C'è il microonde e la lavatrice. Il bagno e la cucina sono in comune. Si trova in Via Casilina, una zona ben collegata e ricca di attività commerciali come MC Donald, posta, ristoranti, banche, scuole, farmacie, pronto soccorso e due supermercati proprio quasi sotto casa (ci sono anche altri supermercati nelle vicinanze). Consigliato per gli studenti (l'Università La Sapienza si trova a circa 30 minuti, l'Università Lumsa 40 minuti e l'Università Tor Vergata a 45 minuti) o per giovani lavoratori che abbiano regolare contratto e busta paga. Ottima per studentesse o specializzande del policlinico GEMELLI, essendo a circa 3 km dalla struttura ospedaliera. L’appartamento si compone come segue: -3 ampie camere da letto, tutte esposte in modo ottimale alla luce del sole -2 bagni -2 ampi balconi -ampia cucina abitabile -ampio salone con annessa sala da pranzo Dotato di giardino condominiale, portiere, posto macchina e motorino su richiesta .
