Your new home is a room with single bed and private bathroom (Disability-friendly). The average size, including the bathroom, is approximately 18 m2. The room consists of a study area with desk and seat, a two-door wardrobe, a 120cm bed with large lower drawer, bookcase, microwave, fridge and a mirror, notice board. The heating is centralized and the room is equipped with a practical thermostat to manage the internal temperature. The private bathroom measures approximately 3 m2. and is equipped with a comfortable shower. The campus consists of two buildings 200 m split from each other. The services are split but all the tenants, regardless of where their accommodation is located, will have access to both buildings and related amenities: you can enjoy the kitchen, co-working space, private event space, rooftop terrace, a green courtyard, a private event space, a gym, a terrace with basketball court, laundry with a playroom, and social area. We also have some services available upon request such as extra cleaning, a final cleaning, underground parking, and extra storage space for sports equipment and luggage. The monthly rent includes a cleaning service one time every two weeks. We have wheelchair accessible rooms but you have to double-check their availability with us before closing the reservation. As our campus is new, the current pictures are just renderings, we will upload the real ones as soon as they are available.
