Affittiamo una bellissima camera singola che è stata appositamente rinnovata per offrire comfort e convenienza ai nostri studenti. La camera è dotata di un letto singolo con due cassetti, un armadio a 3 ante con specchio, scrivania, comodino, scarpiera.
I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buonumore e aiutano nello studio.
Situato al primo piano, molto luminoso e spazioso. Doppio affaccio e vista ampia. È composto da ingresso, cucina con balcone, un grande bagno con doccia in vasca ed un bagno più piccolo con box doccia. 4 suite singole con letto alla francese e 2 stanze con letto singolo. L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di ciò che occorre agli studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata degli accessori di base per cucinare.
PERIODI: da Set a Feb O da Mar ad Ago O da Set ad Ago.
PAGAMENTI:
Come conferma della prenotazione è dovuto il primo mese + la Admin Fee
Il restante importo verrà corrisposto in 4 rate trimestrali per periodi di locazione di almeno 10 mesi o in 2 rate trimestrali negli altri casi.
La prima rata sarà pagata al momento del check-in dopo il controllo della camera

Marconi area, strategic and sought-after location less than 100 meters from the beginning of Viale Marconi, a 5-10 minute walk from the main faculties of the University of Rome 3, 10 minutes by bus from the IED and 20 minutes by bus from the John Cabot University. We rent a beautiful single room which has been specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room is equipped with a single bed with two drawers, a 3-door wardrobe with mirror, desk, bedside table, shoe cabinet.
The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help in the study.
Located on the 1st floor, very bright and spacious with a wide view. It consists of an entrance, kitchen with balcony, a large bathroom with shower in the tub and a smaller bathroom with shower. 4 single suites with a French bed and 2 rooms with a single bed. The apartment is refurbished according to everything our students need. Equipped with Wi-Fi (Fiber), washing machine, kitchen equipped with basic accessories.
RENTAL PERIODS: from Sep to Feb OR from Mar to Aug OR from Sep to Aug.
PAYMENTS:
As booking confirmation the first month + the UNA TANTUM admin fee is due
The remaining amount will be paid in 4 quarterly instalments for rental period longer at least 10 months or in 2 quarterly instalments in the other cases. The first instalment is due at the check-in after room's inspection

Il locatore accetta solo prenotazioni da parte di studenti di età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni.

SEMESTRAL:
- from September 1st to February 28th
- from March 1st to August 31st
ANNUAL: from September 1st to August 31st.
For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:
- 50€ for 11 months rental from September 1st to July 31st
- 90€ for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th
The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
